Pastry shops are the sweetest restaurants, offering a large and varied selection of cakes, cookies, ice cream from the traditional fruit flavors to various unusual preparations, ice cream cups, fruit salads, chocolate delicacies and desserts prepared in order to meet the different tastes of guests and surprise them an offer. Each pastry has its own secret recipes for cake or cake, the taste of a cake or ice cream after that is known, to which people are returning. Some pastry shops and their desserts are so famous that they are the main tourist attraction of the place. Today confectioneries developed to limit art, so there are pastry chefs who are as on the sports field competing in the development of real works of art in appearance and taste. Slovenia has a surface of 20 251 km². The Republic of Slovenia has a border with Austria on the north, on the north-east with Hungary, on east and south with Croatia an on the west side with Italy. Ljubljana is the capital city of Slovenia and it’s spreads along the Ljubljanica river.

Slovenia in all his Dinaric-Charsic teritory has approximately 6.500 large and small debris caves and pits, about twenty of theme were addapted for tourist visiting purposes. The most famous and visited caves are the caves of Postojna (19,50 km of cave galleries and pits); the most accessible are the Škocijanske jame (Škocijan Caves nad pits) which are signed in the UNESCO’s list of world natural heritage.
