In the Istruga bay is situated the sports centre in which You can play tennis, boules, table tennis and beach volley. The Istruga bay is also known for its curative mud that spreads in 6 meters long layers of high standard and quality while the nearby vegetation, between which the most popular is the myrtle,  has a favourable influence on the persons that have problems with asthma.
